Returns a listing of Product Supplier information.
This API returns a different set of fields depending on if the part in question was deleted. If the part was deleted, the other fields are absent and only is_deleted, part_number, and delete_datetime are returned. Otherwise, the normal set of fields associated with the part are returned.
